Senior Product Manager - Consumables
We currently have an opening for a Sr. Product Manager who will be responsible for the overall strategy, growth and profitability of the consumables product line. Consumables is defined as laminates and adhesives. Principle Accountabilities will be to develop overall product portfolio strategy and work with the Associate Product Manager on implementation of these strategies, including marketing plans, strategies, pricing policies and sales forecasts. The Sr. Product Manager will also:

· Work closely with the Research & Development departments and the Marketing departments, both domestic and overseas, to develop new and innovative products.
· Represent the interests of the assigned product group to R&D, production and supply chain.
· Manage complete product life cycle from idea generation through launch and release management, including the creation of marketing content and product specifications for sales.
· Establish the sales budget and profitability targets for the product line.
· Attend industry trade shows and deliver product presentations at trade shows and other forums is also required.
· Maintain awareness and report on of all components of product profitability. Suggest and execute plans to increase profitability and revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS Marketing or other business discipline, Microsoft office; 7- 10 years of marketing experience preferably in the graphic packaging industry, product management including pricing models, forecasting, and project management, self-motivated, ability to work well with others as well as independently, decisive, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Channel Manager

This position will be responsible for the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that profitably grow our channel partners’ revenue base, while building Neschen and SEAL products’ brand presence and preference. This includes but is not limited to:

· Developing, managing and administering the reseller program to ensure the objectives of both Neschen Americas and the reseller are met.
· Working in close coordination with sales personnel to propose and implement programs appropriate for the acquisition of new reseller accounts.
· Measuring and communicating effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to continually improve resource allocation and efficiency
· Working with the reseller channel to develop, support and implement approved advertising, direct mail, user group activities, promotions and other programs.
· Working closely with product management to develop strategies to promote Neschen and SEAL brand products in the marketplace.
· Providing input to product management for product marketing plans and new product definition.
· Planning and attending open house events and trade shows with the reseller channel.
· Participating in market analysis, competitive analysis, product positioning and pricing promotion, forecasting, product introductions, beta testing and the development of sales tools.
· Developing and presenting sales and product training to the reseller sales representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5-10 years experience in the graphics industry, 3-5 years channel management experience and excellent interpersonal skills and attention to details. Strong written and oral communication skills are also required.

Business Development Manager

This is a senior sales management position which is responsible for all sales activity and account management for a specific region. Key responsibilities are:

· Managing National Account Corporate Development
· Managing key resellers corporate level programs/strategic planning
· Working with and interacting with Key Industry Partners including the Reseller Channel
· Making customer calls on a regular basis – managing the outside sales force for these regions
· Targeting new account opportunities with new and existing customers, specifically resellers
· Attending Trade Shows / meeting with suppliers
· Setting Short / Long term plans
· Assisting in the Sales budgeting process and forecasting
· Reporting sales analysis to SVP of Sales/Marketing
· Managing print partner relations

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, strong sales background with 5-10 years of product knowledge in the Graphics Industry preferred. Attributes include working with pricing models, forecasting, direct and dealer sales channels and project management, strong work ethic, self motivated, ability to work well with others as well as independently, decisiveness, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Buyer

Supports the Supply Chain by procuring direct and indirect production and maintenance materials and supplies. This includes, but is not limited to:
managing supplier relationships
ensuring accurate database information
supporting engineering and R&D.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3 – 5 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment, strong oral and written communication skills; good math skills, proven track record of accuracy, organization skills and attention to detail, knowledge of manufacturing processes; MRP, JIT, and knowledge of quality control systems. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and experience in an MRP based computer system.

Inventory Specialist

Supports the Supply Chain department by insuring inventory accuracy ,expediting purchased items and coordinating supplier returns. This includes, but is not limited to:
managing offsite warehouses
ensuring accurate database information
supporting warehousing and purchasing functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree and/or a minimum of 2-4 years inventory control experience (preferrably in a manufacturing environment), strong oral and written communication skills; good math skills, proven track record of accuracy, organization skills and attention to detail, knowledge of manufacturing processes; MRP, JIT, and knowledge of quality control systems. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and experience in an MRP based computer system. Forklift license and certification preferred.

Jr. Financial Analyst

The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

§ Maintaining standard costs, cost roll-ups and new product costs
§ Reviewing current product cost info for accuracy in support of margins
§ Reviewing BOM’s
§ Conducting account analysis and general ledger entries
§ Conducting variance account analysis and reconciliations
§ Supporting other supply chain activities as necessary, including inventory analysis (overseeing physical inventory audit, inventory account reconciliation, etc).
§ Supporting sales and marketing as necessary (creating and submitting sales analysis reports).

The successful candidate should have a minimum of a 2 year degree in Accounting, 1-2 years experience working in Accounting, preferably with cost/manufacturing.
